• Photos: Photo Compressor processes your selected images on your device. As part of app functionality, processing history and related metadata may be stored locally on your device.
• Support Messages: If you contact us, we receive the information you provide (such as your email and message content) to respond.

We do not collect unnecessary personal information, and we do not upload your image files to our servers during normal app use.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Provide and improve Photo Compressor’s image compression and resizing features.
• Store local processing history so you can access recent results across sessions on your device.
• Respond to support inquiries if you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your images are processed locally on your device, and processing history is stored locally in the app.

You can delete processed files from Photos and remove local app data at any time through your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

4. User Responsibilities

You may not upload or process:

• NSFW or sexually explicit images
• Illegal or harmful content (including child exploitation material, copyrighted works you don’t own, or hate content)

We may restrict access for behavior that violates these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto‑renewable but can be canceled at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

• $2.49 weekly subscription
• $11.49 yearly subscription
• Free users can convert up to 2 images per day
• Premium users can convert an unlimited number of images

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your stored processing history in the app.
• Delete local app data at any time on your device.
• Manage or cancel your subscription via app store settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

Photo Compressor is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
